It was used as *the* central bus station (for one afternoon/evening) several years ago when WeGo Central was shut down due to a presidential rally at Municipal Auditorium. It worked pretty well.

We almost got a bus on Cleveland. The 41 would have traveled down Dickerson, turned left on Cleveland, and terminated at the Kroger. But it was changed last-minute to terminate at WeGo Central.

But ... we already have a rental car facility. Is it insufficient?

Yes, it's cumbersome. And has a lot of unnecessary questions. All they really need is the address. Just go to that address and ticket the illegally parked car(s) you find there.

The driver taps that button when my 3 year old (who rides free) boards with me.

They have routes to Memphis and Knoxville now, too. Find a reason to visit any of these cities.

I knew what I was voting for. I want better transit, too, and I wasn't going to vote against the referendum just because it didn't do everything I wanted.

My "Discover" feed has lots of sports content. I can't seem to get the algorithm to stop. (I don't care about sports.)

Found helpful info about fetching your ride history when you paid with a credit card or mobile wallet, too. www.quicktickettn.com/en/contactle...

Just found the answer to my own question. I logged into quicktickettn.com and added my @walkbikenashville.bsky.social annual pass to my account (use the number at the top left on the back of the card). Then I could visit Card History to see every ride I've ever taken on this card (incl. date/time).

How do you prove you took public transit home?
October 24, 2025 at 8:20 PM
Ugh, this used to happen with the 30. There'd sometimes be a train stopped across Douglas Ave, so the bus driver would take an unplanned detour and therefore skip my stop. A real problem since this hourly bus was my ride to work. I complained, then not long after that they cancelled the route.

Yep. I always get my hopes up when I see new multifamily being built in my neighborhood, and then this happens. A few examples in Greenwood and Maxwell Heights:

I agree, it does seem extreme. Parts of it also seem vague.
