Baby steps help tho, I can’t go as hard as I used, which bums me out, but learning to take note of little accomplishments has helped, like I could easily do 100 pushups in the past but not anymore but being able to do 5, then 10, then 20, and taking note of those small accomplishments help, thx Ivy!

Man my depression in the past has definitely led me to over eat. It became a hard habit to break even after regulating/managing my depression. I felt like I was improving but an injury set me back and now I’m back where I started.
