So...the Great Khans dug out a pool in Novac? 🤭 Anyway intrigued by Ep1&some goosebump moments, just for environment reasons (watch credits). ❤️ those pointing and going "I've been there!" moments. Some character related ? will be dealt with apparently, because something isn't just a re casting? 👀

Hm ja und meine beste Freundin Amtsärztin, die aus all dem was ich erzählt habe nur Fatigue gehört hat...aber davon ab ist halt auch schwierig, dass ich manchmal 'direkt' nach 24 Stunden auf der Nase liege und dann weiß was es war. Wenn ich nach einer Woche crashe wird es dann schon schwierig.
Wenn man jetzt weiß, dass bei #MECFS die Probleme *nach* Belastung auftreten, ist es dann wirklich möglich, zB in Gutachen die Arbeitsfähigkeit durch 20min Gespräch und selektives Befundstudium einzuschätzen?
Wieder Hinweise auf gestörte biologische Erholung nach körperlicher Belastung bei #MECFS.
Den einen einzelnen statischen Biomarker für ME/CFS wird es wohl nie geben, weil es eine Erkrankung mit belastungsabhängiger Fehlregulation der Erholung is.
