![The fights and action scenes were severely performed [except the ending]. There were moments of flashing from the film crew shining off of the reflections in the background, and the editing reminded me of the 0g Hulk movie.
The movie started with Sim Wilson as Captain
America and him taking the role. Yet, it was mostly kept as a subplot to the main plot. The story had a decent idea, but it got overshadowed by the relationship between the Red Hulk and the leader, which stems from a forgotten universal Hulk MCU movie. Ross and Wilson were the only interesting characters who kept the movie alive.
Yet, you'll wonder how they could mess up the leader after the original attempt depicted him as a guy with a massive pimple.
