Also, I assume you might be doing this already but when it comes to more comfortable wiping I use baby wipes (its especially helpful on days where Im in the bathroom every 30 minutes all day)

Cold/warm packs for the bottom area seemed to help me in the past but it is only temporary relief

As for hip pain, the only thing that helps ease that in my experience is some light on the bed stretching/stomach laying

Sadly I havent found much else, I do hope you can be more comfortable soon!
