Where is the wing who receive blockers actually immediately at start of puberty, without healthcare coercion, and without abusive assessments, approvals and tests. Can guarantee that group will be doing better.

I understand the nuance, but in my view speaking at an event co-chaired by an SEGM member, with multiple SEGM speakers, & lead by ESCAP who's organising committee have been taken over by multiple SEGM members, makes a strong case for my statement of "direct ties to SEGM".

If you haven't deep dived into the protocol, and your analysis of this trial is 'some young people have puberty blockers straight away and some after one year that sounds fine' without understanding all the gross, invasive, coercive and abusive components of the trial, kindly sit down.
