Day 12 #adventcalender Caramelised (or how I want to spell it ‘caramelized’ with a zed. Being 🇨🇦 can cause some confusion in spelling. Anyway the caramelised cheddar was excellent with my Christmas mug of coffee.

Say 10 cheese #adventcalender a vintage applewood smoked cheddar. Doesn’t sound a whole lot different than yesterday’s except adding the word vintage. I guess we will see

Day nine of #adventcalender and the cheese is applewood smoked cheddar. Now that’s what I’m talking about. Maybe the cheeses get more intense as we go? This is the 6th year I’ve purchased an Ilchester calendar imported from the UK 🇬🇧 and never been disappointed. It is now a tradition.

One of my favourite souvenirs from Aotearoa New Zealand 🇳🇿. Love the whole idea of a biscuit tin (cookie jar) being used for private member’s bills. Genius idea. Honestly something all Westminster parliament democracies should have.
