Can’t be a CEO coach if you can’t recognize talent. Patullo’s been handed a championship offense and it has underperformed. Lots of things have gone wrong, but the lack of adjustments and the apparent refusal to acknowledge something needs to change falls squarely on the head coach!

Promoted another internal candidate to replace Moore and it is obviously not working.

His hiring track record is concerning. He couldn’t call plays so Steichen took over and helped get us to a SB. Gannon got badly outcoached in the 2nd half of that SB and we lost. Promoted from within for DC and OC and the team fell apart in 2023. Went outside to hire Fangio and Moore and won a SB.

Seems like promoting from within is not a good plan!

Not sure those two things are mutually exclusive but the Eagles are definitely frauds! Good luck to the Bears the rest of the way!
