Queenie has transformed back into her true form and is talking to Alice about winding down for the night.
Q: Ahh, this was a ton of fun, Bunbun, but I think I'm ready for another bout in the fray. Carmen said she'll be getting home soon, we should be able to play on the same team!

In the second frame, Alice is standing with her new roleplaying group. Queenie is in the foreground, facing towards them in preparation to depart from the tavern.
A: Oh, you all go ahead. I think I'm going to hang with the brain freeze gang a bit longer.
Q: Oh, okay. Sure thing, hon. I'll see you later!
A: You, too! See you at dinner (IRL)!

Queenie has turned around and is walking off while waving goodbye to Alice and her new friends. They're all laughing at Alice's little tongue in cheek salutation to Queenie.

Alice opens the door and is now greeting the viewer more apologetically.
A: Oh, hey. Queenie said y'all would be coming by today. Uh, Unfortunately...

Alice is explaining the situation further and is still holding onto the door handle.
A: She said she needed to take a day off but to "let the comic do its thing" if y'all came by. I don't really know what that means...

In the fourth frame, Alice is waving the viewer goodbye. Kitty also peeked in the doorway to let out a salutatory meow. Queenie is calling to Alice from the house.
A: She also said I would only have four panels to tell you, which I also have no idea what that means. But, if I told you, then Queenie said she would shower me in affection and snacks.

Queenie Comics - Alice Has a Hobby Part 5

Queenie has assumed her familiar form and now looks like a head with a ghost tail. A small explanation appears at the bottom for her sudden transformation.

Q: There's Alice! Oh- She's already speaking with people!
%: Queenie's preferred roleplay form is an ethereal sprite. Alice's magical familiar.

In the second frame, Alice is introducing Queenie as her familiar form, Kweeny, who is happy to meet everyone.
A: ...and then the worgone and it's nine tentacles fell to my feet with my partner- er- uh- familiar's help... of course! Everyone, this is Kweeny!

In the third frame, Queenie's observations of Alice in her element appear at the top. The two have joined the bar side where a few other adventurers gather. The toad adventurer and Queenie are chatting, as Alice listens on to the largest of the three adventurers. The shortest of the three adventurers, an owl, is trying to look around their giant friend to see the new guests.
Tall Adventurer: Hail, new friend! We were just sharing tales of our recent conquests!
Toad Adventurer: Care for a drink?
Kweeny: Sure!
Owl Adventurer: Hey! Down in front!

In the third frame, Alice's demeanor changes as she sees Queenie, who is still off-screen and greeting Alice in turn. Alice looks shocked as she approaches Queenie.
A: -allergy shots... go? Oh...

In the fourth frame, it is revealed that Queenie's right arm has completely ballooned out from her allergy shot and is now pulsing from the skin's reaction. She looks disheveled as she goes to show Alice the candy she got. A bewildered Alice is reaching out to take Queenie up on her candied offer. Kitty has come to inspect and is meowing out of concern.
Q: I forgot to take my allergy meds before my shot again...
A: Aw, jeez. Sorry, Queenie!
Q: It's ok... At least I got these lollipops for being a good girl... You want one?

Queenie and Alice are approaching the tavern discussing the outcome of their outfit search for Alice.
A: I think I'll just go with my combat clothes. They won't care, right?
Q: Na, all the roleplayers I've played with are super nice. There's a lot of beginner friendly people, too!
A: That's cool!
Q: Yea!

In the second panel, Queenie holds the door to the tavern open as she and Alice walk inside. They're both still deeply engaged in their conversation.
Q: Do you have a story written?
A: No, I think I was just going to be myself.
Q: Hey, that's cool! I just like to make up stuff and be a side character every once in a while! See anywhere interesting?

In the third frame, Queenie and Alice have walked into the tavern, there are plenty of patrons around. Queenie is pointing over to a section of open seats at the countertop. They are also letting go of each other's hands as they go in separate directions.
A: Yeah, let's go to the counter. There's a few open seats there!

I'm grateful to have my CPAP mask. It's been great having it!

But... I also have chronic gastritis, and sometimes the air from my CPAP will slowly fill my stomach with air overnight and then I wake up in a lot of pain.

Queenie Comics - Down the Wrong Pipe!

Queenie is resting peacefully and is snug and cozy. Off screen, a dull hissing sound can be heard coming from Alice's side of the bed.

In the second panel, Queenie has been awakened by something large ballooning from off screen. The dull hissing continues as Queenie blinks herself awake.
Q: What? Huh? ...Alice?

In the third frame, Queenie has not reacted quickly enough and is shoved off the bed by the continuously ballooning object.

In the fourth frame, the camera zooms to reveal that Alice is the ballooning object. She is holding her cpap mask in the air while it hisses out air. She has completely inflated like a balloon and is immobilized, waving to a shocked Queenie. Kitty is on the scene looking on in morbid curiosity. In the very bottom corner, Queenie flashes a look of concern after hearing her partner's debacle.

The first panel is split in half for contrasting effect. Queenie is helping Alice find a few costume to roleplay in Mine of Worldlandia. In the first half, Queenie is in a cave with a pickaxe and mining cap with a lamp, she is holding a very spiky dress on a hangar to show to Alice. A creeper is sneaking up behind her.
In the second half, Queenie is in an old-fashioned diving suit and is holding a dress that has many fluffy round frills on it, Kitty is a catfish meowing on the seafloor. A couple of fish swim alongside Queenie, in anticipation of Alice's response.

In the second frame, Queenie is showing Alice the dress Queenie wore for Halloween 2025. As she holds the dress to show to Alice, Queenie is also being consumed mid-chew by the mimic who she pulled the dress from. Queenie and Alice are both accepting and unminding to Queenie's predicament.

In the third frame, Queenie is yelling at a stripped-down Carmen who is being held in the stockade of a sea vessel. Queenie is holding a set of clothes on a hangar to show to a bewildered Alice, watching Queenie's boisterous tirade unfold.

Q: You're lucky Alice told me to bring you back as a live bounty!

In the fourth frame, Alice is pointing to the floor in command to an obedient Queenie, who has assumed the loyal doggy pose and is barking to show her compliance. Alice is disappointed, and Carmen is in disbelief as they both say the same thing in unison. Queenie is wagging her tail.

Queenie Comics - Unexpected Guest

In the second panel, the Robot is quickly sprinting with everyone on its tail. Dani, Carmen, and Alice have rounded the corner first and are keeping up with the robot. Dani and Alice are still wearing their Halloween costumes.

The Robot is cornered in the laundry room in the third panel. One of the pursuers calls out to the rest of the group "In here!"

In the fourth panel, the person in the robot costume pulls off the mask to reveal that it is Brianne the Beaver. She is grinning and chuckling mischievously now that she's taken the mask off. Her tail also seemingly sprung out of nowhere now that she's revealed herself.

42 - Alice Has a Hobby Part 1

Alice seems to be adjusting pretty quickly to the Mine of Worldlandia gameplay. Though MoW is a massive world, there are many things to do besides the kind of combat Queenie revels. Alice is on the verge of discovering what that could be.

Panel 1 is split in half, on the left half, Queenie charges towards the camera swinging her mace, the Earthshaker. She has a look of focused determination, behind her Alice stands with her Carrot Staff raised in the air.
Q: Ok, Alice! I'm charging in!
On the right half, the camera angle pans behind Alice to show Queenie is charging towards a stone guard tower. A few moments have elapsed, as Alice channels a spell which lifts the ground beneath Queenie's feet in her charge forward.
A: I'll give you a boost!

In the second panel, it is split 3 ways to show Queenie grinning as she decimates the tower in a single blow from a wide sweep of her mace while propelled in the air, and Alice intently focusing her magic stores into her staff. The tower is seen collapsing into a crumbling stone heap.

In the third panel, Queenie faces the viewer from Alice's perspective. The tower is crumbled and a single flag is raised in its ruins. Queenie is celebrating and cheering their efforts on.

Queenie Comics - Mistakes

Queenie is picking up undeterminable scraps of something on the ground. She looks bummed, but not entirely stressed. Dani the Tortoise walks onto the scene and is greeting Queenie, only to be distracted by the scraps littered about on the ground.
D: Hey, Queenie! What are you doing?

In the next panel, Queenie is holding the scrap in her hand as she explains her situation to a thoughtful Dani.
Q: Hey Dani... I had a bit of a panic attack this weekend and ended up making a few things difficult on myself. Now, I'm working on picking up the pieces.
D: Oh.

In the third frame, Queenie is seen dropping her scrap off into a large bin labeled "Queenie's Pieces Bin". She is looking over at Dani, shocked to see she is helping Queenie 'pick up the pieces'.
Q: Yeah, I should have said something before it got to be too much. I- Oh!

In the fourth panel, Queenie is hugging Dani, who is kindly reciprocating in her own reserved way with a one-armed hug. There are still a few pieces to be picked up on the ground, but Dani is smiling with a friendly demeanor.
Q: Thanks, Dani. It really is a lot easier to pick up the pieces when you've got a friend to help you out.
D: You're welcome, Queenie. Any time.

The Hot-Chill meter is about temperament and default mood energy (Eg. Queenie is significantly less energetic and hot headed than Alice, but by comparison, Queenie is substantially higher energy than most characters on average)
