I’ve been kickin’ Ortieb panniers for ~15yrs. This particular pair for ~5. They’re even still 95% waterproof despite an utter lack of care on my part.
My only complaint is that the buckles snap like soda crackers when it’s below 20° even when they were fairly new. Yes, I have spares. Still annoyed.
