Caglianone did it at Florida. Hunter Greene was a premier two-way guy coming out of high school.

Historically, it has been entering the draft that forces players into one path or the other rather than their performance against current competition.

Paul Skenes at Air Force did this before transferring to LSU. There's a handful of guys in college each year. Enough to where there's an award for it. The John Olerud Two-Way Player Award: www.mlb.com/news/2025-jo...

My question is: If you're going to pull him after the first guy reaches anyway, why not just start the inning with Woo and ride him for 2-3 innings?

Really hope Evans is on the upcoming veteran's committee ballot. He deserves to be in Cooperstown! Incredibly underrated

Could not understand why he went back out for the 6th. Let him leave on a high note. His pitch counts never got pushed very high for him in minors. Why choose his debut when the adrenaline is starting to wear off to push him? Made no sense.

He morphed into Young Joe Mauer

Definitely agree. Kim as speed off the bench in the postseason is really appealing too.

I wonder if Conforto gets DFA'd or just moved to bench

He really should have played at Oregon State
