You are assuming this isn't a scam. Which is a precarious position to take with these people.

She can. She did. Swift did. Most did. Taylor, with her $1b, and one who guards her music closely, didn't sue. Because she, despite not approving, knows what everyone here is hell bent to deny here. With all due respect, I'm tired of talking about this. It is what it is. Merry Christmas, Acoma.

We were never unsafe. More creating a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. In this case, it's had a negative effect. I feel much more unsafe here. I know how blood thirsty these performative Christians are and they are driving forward with their agenda at all costs and any means necessary.

Dude, I heard it was 400 times in one hour. One every 10 seconds once he got rolling. Raw Story reported it.

🤣 Things are so fucked.
December 3, 2025 at 5:53 AM
Didn't he fuck up getting on his helicopter today?
December 3, 2025 at 5:52 AM
The sooner the better, IMO.

So many fantasies. I knew nothing about his family. Except that his immediate family hates him. I imagine that's not about his rediculously large family.

She did give her permission. I'm sure UMG reminded her of that and pointed to their 3rd party agreement she agreed to when she signed on with UMG. The WH doing this is the worst thing. They admitted they do it on purpose to get a rise out of a popular so they can talk shit to her. Picking a fight.

This one will be back to calling him names like he used to.
December 3, 2025 at 5:39 AM
I have to believe that everyone involved in this knows it's illegal. This Admiral needs to talk once he's out.
December 3, 2025 at 5:37 AM
I don't know how anybody that has any part in this can think this is lawful.
December 3, 2025 at 5:35 AM
He's responsible for that how, exactly?
December 3, 2025 at 5:33 AM
Worst inflation in history. What a jackass.
December 3, 2025 at 5:32 AM
"President Trump, what the hell are you doing?"

Shhhh. He's resolving the Russia/Ukraine conflict.
December 3, 2025 at 5:25 AM
All these old people have got to go. And I'm an old people.
December 3, 2025 at 5:08 AM
Because they gave them the permission. I've been over this countless times by now. You are saying the Gov has control and final say over who an artist can distribute to. That don't sound good. Does it?
December 3, 2025 at 4:22 AM
It's not about the law. It's about distribution methods and 3rd party licensing agreements.
December 3, 2025 at 4:15 AM
Your understanding is incorrect. It was correct. It's not now.
December 3, 2025 at 4:09 AM
Them too. That's how it works now. Clicks are the new $.03.
December 3, 2025 at 4:04 AM
In a nutshell, Neil Young didn't turn his music over to a social media site for users to share any way they want. Shares produce clicks. Clicks produce $$.
December 3, 2025 at 4:00 AM
No. Those older artists used an antiquated model. They relied on those things. Newer cats rely on clicks/views. Agreed to between Tic, X, FB, etc. and UMG. Look at their income per unit compared to these newer artists. It's crazy. You don't need to be in a public domain library to be public domain.
December 3, 2025 at 3:56 AM
They operated under an antiquated business model based on album sales and radio play. The newer artists are using a new business model. The music is essentially free. The clicks rake in the cash. At $.03 per. Artists like her are not long for the business. They do what they can to make the most NOW.
