Honestly with what it was before ( I cared very little about what he looked like this playthrough) it's an upgrade

One guy getting his correct marker doesn't necessarily mean he had an advantage, but have seen more coming out of trans WOMEN having a harder time getting their documents, but I've also not seen other videos on TT from trans masc people

Im trying to wrap in my brain what the pattern to look for, but it seems that people still get correct gender markers boils down to luck

I think what can be gathered is well ... Clearly these agencies are in chaos, and workers are deciding to enforce the rules differently
