especially assuming you plan to cook them in pretty traditional long-cooked Thanksgiving recipes, shouldn’t affect taste if they’re in the fridge overnight - & shouldn’t be a food safety issue either

I only hate them for their capacity to masquerade as chocolate chip at a glance - that's just such a disappointing bite

I keep hoping that GAO audit you reported on in the spring will come out, with meticulous documentation etc...but I haven't seen anything about it in ages. did I miss anything more recent?

haven't heard much about GAO's DOGE audit since spring but really hope they're still plugging away at it
