I think it works on consoles afaik.
Tried some RTX HDR but it's not really good. Same with forcing HDR through UE settings.
Hope they patch it in.

On another note, when we were commissioning artwork for my band a really well known artist would cost around 2500 dollars. A really talented, less known artist from Brazil does the same quality work for 200-300 euros.
So yeah, no excuse there.
