A: you can request a tour via email (in English) on the site, and they will do their best to guide you with an English-speaking host. The exhibit is well labeled in both English and Japanese.

I have never been so strongly impacted by a depiction of an accident, and I doubt anything will match it in the future.
The memory of JAL123 is important as a lasting lesson, and JAL is doing their best to ensure their memory is kept.

in other parts of the Center, you are presented with Actual stories from those who perished -- not just their effects, but goodbye notes that were written in the last 30 minutes of the flight. Notes to their kids, wives, husbands, family...

at the Center, you walk through the Actual bulkhead that caused the accident. the maintenance error is highlighted and you can see how engineering/MX judgement resulted in these fatalities.
