Lol I hate to say it but this is probably the one time when a cool temp bulb would actually be ideal. Also having some light just like, up high in general might solve some problems.

i just made it worse because i took down some plastic cord hiders we've been using to run ethernet from one corner of the house to another, and that's a fucking mess now. i had to take them down because they were basically painted shut, but one of the cables died 🤡
