Acknowledging that it's super valid to have particular tastes, I still feel like a lot of people really should embrace the wandering browse more. I see people putting out calls for specific recommendations of very specific things and then scrutinizing them like million dollar investments...

I try to remind myself how good it feels when I actually follow through on this, because it really does bring something good to me when I engage in that positivity. Remembering that is the tool I try to use the most against that superficial negativity.
