We should all be alarmed when governments begin designating advocacy organizations as Foreign Terrorist Organizations based upon fanciful grounds and nefarious motives. If we let Abbott get away with this, who will he come for next?

We should all be alarmed when governments begin designating advocacy organizations as Foreign Terrorist Organizations based upon fanciful grounds and nefarious motives. If we let Abbott get away with this, who will he come for next?

Just received news that the Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has expedited the briefing schedule for appeals in our first travel ban case - Thein v Trump (where we scored a partial victory). The 3-Judge panel: Henderson, Wilkins and Pan.
