but hey, im not the clo/gc at a tax filing software company granted a de facto monopoly by the current admin so i suspect i have a different level of risk aversion

god I do that every time I try to hobby code. I finally gave up and just use uv to run a jupyter notebook with my dependencies. I should feel pathetic but it’s pretty empowering
