You need an USB thats 0% empty. Because everything will be deleted.
Then you gonna download win10 directly on that usb. Just let the usb in and restart your pc and set up win10. Just dont forget to save everything you need on another usb.

even tho, everything is so fucked up; something inside of me understands why you still want to be close again.
i had some weird shit too when i was between 13-17 so i actually do understand and. its the worst feeling.. i really hope you find help for your trauma & that you are in a better situation.
