They were beautiful cris and tears. Im sorry she felt so trapped in there all that time. She left after 5 minutes.

I guess it wasnt really random at all. We were watching a video on dissociation and I finally allowed myself to think of myself as a sustem again. To me the emotions were what felt like something come out of no where. All the sudden someone else started to front and I was like wow im crying.
