True story: he spoke at my HS graduation. (Jill was a teacher at my public HS.) it was 98 degrees and humid. 2 ppl passed out.

Personally, I'd be leery to live in a house that actuaries deem uninsurable (In other words, a very high percentage chance of being destroyed.)

there's this very weird situation created wherein ppl like me & my wife catch ourselves saying, "we're lucky our son has this particular genetic syndrome/disability b/c it's so much easier to get services/SSI, etc." and then realize that no, that doesn't really make us lucky, lol. (We have to lol!)

As for people who think it's easy to game the system, I can only give my experience: it is not. At all. The sheer amount of paperwork and in-person visits and reporting required is unreal. Signed,
