Also, some of the Smart Telescopes are figuring out how to do planets. I haven’t done extensive testing, but I got some good images on my eVscope (by Unistellar) of the Moon. Unistellar also has citizen science campaigns you can join which seems great for the aspiring astrophysicist! Pricey tho.

Yeah, it’s amazing what headaches you solve by just NOT having timed tests, having them be take-home so students can take the exam in whatever environment is best for them, etc. I have to be a bit more creative and the grading may take longer, but it’s net worth it for everyone!

So it turns out there is this thing called “universal design” where you actually design your courses from the get-go with accessibility in mind… I am not going to pretend that’s perfectly accomplished, but 95% of the accommodations I see just don’t apply to my classes. Easy solve for me.
