Would the Court have to address whether 14A § 5 amends no bills of attainder cl. or would Congress invalidating a Pres. not run afoul of this protection?

As someone who thinks he is a Section 3 Pres. within a plain & historic understanding of 14A, I'm not sure any of this legally happens without some form of court order issued during his assumption of powers of the Office

This is not the holding in Trump v. Anderson; it does not rubber stamp the election results

What's basis for describing Cook's conduct as "more than strictly necessary"? Do we think Trump wouldn't be spiteful if Cook was invited & then absent for anything less than being hospitalized, if even this?
