The events in the Tempest took a great toll on G'raha. Between being subjected to Emet's cruel hand to being away from the tower for too long.

As the Exarch G'raha technically didn't need to sleep. Drawing upon the tower's vast reservoir he could forgo it for weeks, months..

In light of the new Exarch lore and one of my headcannons becoming canon, I decided to share this little tidbit.
The blue crystal set in Y'sato's eternal bonding ring is from G'raha's crystal arm. A shard given willingly and freely.
