I wish I had a solution but the only thing you're going to do right now, is to make the contractor show even better numbers to the payment processor and say "oh look, we are doing even better these days"

I really support the idea and I want things to change! But as someone who works for the support of those payment processors (I can't tell which one to avoid troubles), you have to know that the support isn't part of their team at all.
It's contractors so they will just not care sadly
