I know you likely already keep up with this, but please be as hydrated as possible before you start. Some friends of mine have a fine time eating things, but will let themselves get dehydrated during the fun and it can make the come down less enjoyable.

You can totally teach yourself to draw, its a fun skill to develop! Procreate is pretty enjoyable too! Make sure you stretch/care for your wrists and enjoy yourself.
