ACCESS
At all reasonable times during the Term and any renewal of this Agreement the Owner and Her agents may enter the Property to make inspections or repairs, to conduct business, or make free use of the Property and its contents
The Tenant’s residency within the Property allows free access and use of the Owner’s existing pets or animals subject to any other restrictions or conditions placed on this access by the Owner
