The world is using a system I've been helping @mintea.pw with for some time. It's called STIR. Tldr, you can use 5.1 channel audio with avpro, and you can stream in 5.1 from obs. STIR is a plugin for obs that contains a bunch of filters and allows you to apply them per audio channel.
