Program that lets you replace the (frankly awful) UI for your taskbar, search bar, and right click menu for folders and stuff. It's only $5 for a license too so it's VERY affordable

Thank goodness StartAllBack at least exists to make 11 slightly more stomachable, otherwise I'd be actively trying to get it off of my laptop, lmao
