In better news I have made some Derby Pies, one had a bit more filling cause I didnt have a 3rd pie crust.

It's my Roomie's day today, and they kept saying how they miss Gimbap and stuff, so I made It from scratch. It was a hit! <3

The Tabby is Celeste, The Dachshund is Diana, and the Kokoni is Rosa(Bleppi since she constantly Bleps when you talk to her or pet her.)

Woke up at 4am and made Kai Palo and brought it to work for my coworkers.

Made Shaved Steak sandwiches with mushrooms and caramelized onions and Muenster cheese for Dinner!
