You get used to it the more you do it. We already enter a state of hypnosis multiple times per day, but learning to use that state in a way that is directed by another person can take a few sessions to acclimate to.

Also big shout out to @baby.thunderpup.dog who is a fantastic hypnotist. I highly recommend his services, since they're what really helped push me into seeing actual results.
