Optimist.
He’s reacted like the bully he obviously was and still is. He turned his back on the EU Parliament while their anthem was being played. What decent person would do that? It’s not leadership. That sort of childish petulance can’t be allowed to represent our country.

Meanwhile Zack Polanski criticises Labour for not being ambitious enough on renewables. Making perfect the enemy of good could really backfire. And let’s start calling ‘Net Zero’ ‘Energy Security’ instead and highlight the stupidity of Farage’s position.

💯 and not spend 4 years carrying out that review. We don’t have the time. Farage, Vance and Musk will bleat about attacks on freedom of speech but front up to them. Expose them. We deserve better.

Break the spell. Show how people were shafted by Russia, abetted by Banks and Farage. Simultaneously reform our media to elevate verifiable truth.

Putin says Europe’s ambition is to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia as if losing a million plus soldiers, most of your tanks and weapons systems, your stockpile of artillery and missiles, your energy industry, economy, currency and your global reputation, somehow isn’t strategic defeat.

The not-so-secret secret of successful leadership is to build a great team of exceptionally competent people around you. It’s even more important if you’re an ageing and intellectually challenged narcissistic leader. There’s no world where this ends well for Trump and his leadership team.

The core issue is how the far right achieves this level of influence based on lies and fearmongering.

I like Keir Starmer. Perhaps because I disliked the drama and circus that preceded him, so much, and I don’t want go back there, as loud and as colourful Farage, Polanski, Corbyn and Badenoch are.

Unfortunately I meet as many Labour voters who plan to vote Reform as plan to vote Green. Who should I vote for to definitely not get a Reform MP?

That’s your opinion. I have a different opinion.

😀 True. But how quickly people forget the Boris Johnson personality cult circus and how fond we all became of Gordon Brown amidst the chaos, then how pleased we were to have someone sensible back in charge and to put an end to the chaos and drama.

Putin is choking on Ukraine and needs Trump to perform the Heimlich Manoeuvre. Ukraine courageously resisted Russia at its strongest, why would it capitulate when Russia is at its weakest?

Farage turned his back on the EU Parliament when they played the EU anthem, so we know he’s mean and vindictive. Do we want Farage to represent us, to stand on stage alongside Macron, Metz and Frederiksen? To speak for us when he’s the worst of us?

Lucky he was racially insulting pupils without intent before mobile phones with cameras were invented.

Just heartbreaking, in Europe in the twenty-first century 💔 Russia is now synonymous with war crimes and cowardice.
