So very true. Our minds definitely affect our physical health, I've discovered this in so many ways this year.

I'm so glad you found a method that works. I wish I'd recognised earlier in life that my apparent depression often wasn't, it was agoraphobia and fear, and shame which I didn't deserve. I've shared on here because I know it will make me succeed, I hope 🤞

I will check it out, thank you. It's been so many years and every time I work at improving i get knocked back but I'm truly hoping my new therapist will help.

Thank you so much. It's my left eye too. The optician has said it's cataracts and although it's in both it's centralised in the left eye. At the same time I developed visual disturbance migraines. Very confusing. It's been a bit of a year. At least tomorrow I'll find out for sure x

I know. I'm glad, in a way, that my eyes are so bad because that is motivating me. I'm sure my dream last night with the beautifully iridescent humming bird was to remind me that I need my sight back properly x

I'm an antique, I wouldn't even know where to buy such things plus tbh wouldn't know if they'd interfere with my numerous meds 🙄

Maybe employers need to consider getting a pharmacy in to jab all staff, it would be a saving to them in the long run as everything would run more smoothly.
