Horner's syndrome is common, it is caused by nerve damage from trauma, infection or dysfunction and usually affects one eye. Think Bassett hound droopy eyes, third eyelid over half the eye, red, irritated. It can also be caused by severe leash pulling. And boy was she pulling hard yesterday.
