Ryvus thrives in it and prefers to live out in the bush, far from people. He's roughed it for most of his life and has no trouble surviving outdoors in all seasons.
Mark hates the outdoors. She roughed it as a rebel for three years, thank you very much. Give her indoor plumbing and heating any day.

Ryvus loathes it. Makes his skin crawl. Big problem because his best and only friend Mark is a big toucher. She's learned to back off around him though. And he's learned to tolerate it from her (in small doses).
