Agree - yes, fraught with a lot of issues (new and impending) in HE - perhaps librarians will go rouge? I am interested in a new model - maybe some solutions www.openjournalscollective.org

Here’s an idea - wouldn’t it be amazing if our HE’s supported #DiamondOA publishing models - not only promoted them, but had in- house publishing initiatives as well 🤔
