Our #CRC1502 team in B01 developed DIWASAR (DETECT-Discharge and water level), time-series of water level, river discharge and water storage from 2016 to 2024 using FFSAR nadir- and SWOT altimetry.

NEW #CRC1502 #DETECT paper: SWOT-derived river discharge tracks variability even without gauges (median r = 0.73) and points to 11,274 (and growing) high-quality ungauged locations where discharge dynamics can be captured from space.
