How wonderful! I confess I'm envious. You've gotten almost 20 more years with her than I got with my grandmothers. I would give anything to have one more day with mine. It's obvious you treasure each other.

I dumped subscriptions that didn't endorse a candidate after decades long tradition of doing so. I only read news so I can set it down when necessary. I kept only a local newspaper subscription to keep up with what's happening near my home. I don't watch tv news, as it's upsetting.

I suspect there's not such a thing as private water for firefighting unless the private companies are accessing private wells and transporting it where needed.

You seem articulate and thoughtful. Yeah, your brain may be a little wonky on how it does things, but it looks like it still does some neat things!

I think it's great and everyone is allowed. Yes, there are things in life for which we have to suck it up, but if there are workarounds that don't hurt anyone and accomplish what we need, great! It doesn't just have to be something for children, it can be anyone. 1/2
