Just want to add that this is parent speculation. They are using new software, and SOMETHING happened that was reported as "malicious activity" to parents, but the parents aren't 100% sure what sent everything to hell after that and why they were still waiting for awards at 2am

What did we do? Immediately started binging House. I haven't watched this show in close to 20 years, and I have only in recent years gotten into Sherlock Holmes and Holmes pastiche. Never realized back then what I was watching.
