The notwithstanding clause - that they love so much - overrides Sec 2 of the Charter ….freedom of conscience and religion, freedom of thought, belief, opinion, and expression (including freedom of the press), freedom of peaceful assembly, and freedom of association

If you can’t pass a Bill without using the Notwithstanding clause - there is something fundamentally wrong with your bill
