Right?? It’s insane but had to be OTT delicious. Yeah there’s an earlier video where he makes the original from the show and it puts a Dagwood sandwich to shame.

Leftovers can be great for TGiving! Did you ever see the sandwiches of history guy do either the MoistMaker sammie from Friends or his followup remix of it? It’s ridiculous but I’m sure it tastes amazing. www.instagram.com/reel/DRkpGbM...
Other issue is just the final concert is nice musically but not especially funny and without much tension, other than the one silly gag that ends it and isn’t clever in the way the first film’s Stonehenge bit was.
ultimately sequel is enjoyable watch and the cast is great fun, but merely fine.

One issue is Tap spawned a whole era of mockumentaries, many of them inferior, but then Guest’s films + TV’s The Office etc took the form to another level and continues to evolve. Tap2 doesn’t have the OTT cleverness of the best recent examples.

Strangely, even if not as funny as the first it’s a little more poignant. (Though the many famous musician cameos start to detract from that. Even if McCartney was genuinely deadpan funny.)

But seriously the punchline for this episode is one of the better conclusions to a Charlie Brown special, absolutely perfect little joke (and I always loved how big Snoopy’s doghouse was implied to be)
