I ALMOST FORGOT THE WORKS, i think its town to town, so far the one where I live is still open, but I notice in cities they've been dying out

Art wise, for digital art,

Krita, medibang, firealpaca are free drawing programs

Open toonz is a free

Blender is a free 3d program

And tablets, the cheapest one on the market is XP-PEN Star G640 (£23.99)

All these programs can run on low end stuff (Blender stuff may take a while to render)
