Sweet! I’m pretty versed in the booze world myself but rum was just the one spirit I hadn’t spent a ton of time with. I think I bought 3 or 4 to mess around with. Have some crew bottles coming in today actually so maybe that’ll be excuse to make some syrups and cocktails again. Been a while haha
