I'll bet right now Cloud is on his way to- Vincent: Be quiet, Reeve. (Far away, in the Shinra Building, Reeve Tuesti jerks with a gasp.) (Btw, his bangs shoot up like Gegege no Kitarou. I just think that's an important part of the gag, even if it really isn't.) (At the round table, Rufus Shinra addresses Reeve. Hojo looks at a magazine of tentacle porn. And a blob with a beard is labeled: Do YOU want to draw Heidegger? Well neither do I!) Rufus: Is there something wrong? Reeve: Oh- no, nothing at all. Reeve: Please carry on. (Reeve rests his hand on a pile of photos. A caption reads: Rufus is making them look at photos of his doggy.) Vincent: Sorry, Reeve. I'm too tired to play along with your games today. But this is just what I needed. (Cait Sith looks from side to side, then srugs.) Cait Sith: Eh, whatever. Reeve: Have a nice nap, Vincent. (In another room of the basement, a moogle plush from the Gold Saucer sits on a shelf. A montage of memories floats past. Jester Cait Sith chases Vincent at the Gold Saucer. Cait Sith gives Vincent a balloon. And finally, Cait Sith tells Vincent's forune.) Vincent: (thinking) Well, well. If it isn't the little mascot from the Gold Saicer. It's been a while. (Some time passes.) Vincent: I see. I'll unlock the door, Mister... Murasaki. You can use the terminal, then leave. (The group departs.) Tifa: Um, Aerith, did you- Aerith: Nope! (She envisions the peach emoji.) Vincent: (thinking) Shinra's cat usually has his own key to this place. What's his game this time? (More time passes.) A short time and one heck of an identity crisis later, our heroes meet Vincent again! Cait Sith: Nya-haaa?! W-where are you takin' me?! (As Vincent carries Cait Sith away, a voice shouts behind them.) Cloud: No!! Let go of him! Omg please, he's the only cat in this entire game that actually likes me...!! (Cloud is leaning between Tifa's shoulder and the buster sword, which is labeled PROPERTY OF ZACK FAIR.) Vincent: You're free to leave. Don't come back. Cait Sith: N-nyaa!! Unhand me, ya fiend! Cloud, help! (Vincent walks out of the room, Cait Sith draped over his shoulder, and slams the door shut behind him.) Cait Sith has been catnapped from the party.
