Το Υπουργείο Μετανάστευσης & Ασύλου επαναφέρει τροποποιημένη την παλιά μελέτη που είχε, χωρίς επίλυση των προβλημάτων αλλά με προσθήκη νέων.

The decisions by the Samos’ Court, sets a very important judicial precedence that could affect the future of many asylum seekers.

In what may prove an historic day for justice, the Appeal Court of Samos accepted what was obvious for everyone else. Asylum seekers are not smugglers.

This is not an isolated case. Frontex continues to fuel border violence, dehumanization, and systematic pushbacks. Almost 2 years later, no accountability.

We demand justice for the victims, accountability for EU & the Greek authorities, and an end to Fortress Europe’s deadly policies.

More than 600 people drowned off Pylos due to the direct actions and negligence of the HGC, in one of the deadliest shipwrecks in the Mediterranean. Frontex, instead of ensuring a life-saving operation, failed to issue a mayday, withdrew its assets, and enabled the Greek authorities’ deadly tactics
