I used to be an Esthetician, providing facials, massages and waxing. I have the same thing and I discovered laying, facedown, on the floor settled me a lot quicker than anything I tried before. I ultimately had to stop that profession but I use Sacred Floor Time 2-4 x week and it’s so wonderful.
