Online hate can lead to offline violence. Hate-for-profit must be urgently stopped:

☑️ Meta must establish & enforce policies that curb harmful content
☑️ E-commerce platforms must enforce their own rules
☑️ Policymakers must demand transparency & accountability from Meta & e-commerce companies

Hateful viral posts on these accounts include:

❌ Describing Jewish people as the “root of all problems”
❌ Calling for black people to go “back to the field”
❌ Racist references about the death of George Floyd

These posts were allowed, despite clearly violating Meta’s own hate speech policies.

Earlier this year, Meta rolled back its content moderation policies allowing more harmful content on the platform.

❌ In the first 6 months after these changes, the viewership of 6 of the 11 hateful accounts rose from 220 million to 826 million users.
