Bodies are weird man. I took two weeks off from lifting after tweaking my back, and then got sick, so took another week off with no swimming. I thought today would be a bad swim as I eased back into it.
Nope, instead had the best swim today I’ve had in like 6 months and my first sub-40 min mile.
